Adellina Syariffa (Adellina) is an Associate at Tamba & Kumara Law Offices, with extensive experience in Merger & Acquisition (M&A) and Corporate Commercial matters. She has represented a broad range of domestic and international clients in various corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, business transfers, and foreign direct investments.

She has also contributed to a wide range of legal projects, including company liquidation, acquisition transactions, corporate establishment, and sector-specific legal advisory (e.g., trade). In addition, she has been involved in the legal due diligence process for a general contracting and construction management group in connection with an acquisition transaction.

Adellina holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan and a Master of Notarial Law degree from Universitas Indonesia. She is a licensed advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
