With our deep understanding on the Indonesian construction law and the international construction standard practice, we are adept at assisting the clients in preparing and reviewing their construction contracts for various projects including those of using the standard form of construction contracts such as the FIDIC contracts, setting up the construction company, EPC projects, as well as filing the application for the construction licenses for both foreign construction company representative office (BUJKA) and Indonesian construction companies.
When it comes to construction disputes, we help the clients to navigate and resolve their problems, either through litigation, arbitration, or other alternative dispute resolution mechanism, including the dispute adjudication board.
