We have assisted the clients in navigating the Indonesian employment laws and regulations which is considered very complex. We often assist and advise the companies on preparing template for their employment contracts, finalizing the collective bargaining arrangements with the union, resolving the issues with the unions, outsourcing issues, and employees termination (including those of caused by mergers and acquisitions).
We also have broad experience in assisting and representing the companies/employers in respect of their industrial relations disputes with their employees, including in the bipartite meeting between the employer and employee, tripartite meeting with the manpower agency, until court representation before the industrial relations courts. We have positive track records in successfully negotiated and concluded settlements in favour of the employer.
