ALL LEVEL ASSOCIATE

Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university (GPA min. 3.25);
Post Graduate degree will be added value;
Min. 3-year experience in legal industry (Mid-Level Associate);
Experience in handling Merger & Acquisition, Capital Market, General Corporate, and/or Commercial Disputes;
Proficient communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills in a team and individually;
Excellent problem solving, negotiation, analytical and decision-making skills;
Licensed as Indonesian Advocate;
