Insurance is one of the heavily regulated business sectors in Indonesia. We have broad experience in assisting domestic and multinational insurance companies in respect of their insurance business in Indonesia, including in the establishment and operation of business entities, compliance with the extensive regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (or OJK), preparing standard form of insurance policy and standard operational procedures for claim handling, cooperation, joint venture and reinsurance.

We also have assisted local and international insurers in their contentious insurance disputes, including handling of fraudulent claim, marine P&I and hull and cargo insurance claim, and environmental coverage.
