Shinta Raskita Meiriahna (Shinta) is an Associate of T&K. Shinta obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, Bandung (S.H.) in 2020.
Shinta has extensive experience in assisting both local and multinational companies including state-owned enterprises in various areas, including civil and commercial litigation, competition judicial proceedings, debt restructuring, and corporate/commercial transactions.
Shinta has obtained his practice license and is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). She believe that her role as a licensed advocate has equipped her with the necessary skills to navigate legal challenges effectively and advocate on behalf of her clients with diligence and integrity.
